Steps and methods for replacing filter elements of construction machinery - replacement of diesel filter elements
Disassemble :
Loosen the filter cup counterclockwise with a special wrench.
Remove the old filter element by hand and clean the residual impurities inside the filter cup.
Install :
The sealing ring of the new filter element is lubricated with diesel.
After manual pre-tightening, use a dedicated wrench for reinforcement (to avoid over-tightening).
Exhaust gas :
Open the oil circuit valve and release the air through the hand oil pump or electronic pump (observe that there are no bubbles in the oil coming out of the oil pipe).
