Steps and methods for replacing filter elements in construction machinery - General replacement process
Safety preparations
Shut down the cooling equipment, turn off the engine and cut off the power.
Wear protective equipment (gloves, goggles), and prepare an oil collection basin, cleaning cloth and special tools.
Pressure relief operation
Hydraulic system : Open the exhaust valve of the hydraulic oil tank to release pressure (repeatedly press the pressure relief button);
Fuel system : Close the diesel pipeline valve (to prevent fuel splashing).
