Key points for selecting and maintaining bucket tooth
1. Selection basis
For earthwork, flat head teeth are selected; for hard rock, RC type rock teeth are chosen; and for coal mines, TL type conical teeth are selected.
For small machinery (less than 20 tons), direct installation type is preferred, while for large equipment, horizontal installation type is selected.
2. Maintenance Suggestions:
Regularly swap the positions of the inner and outer side bucket teeth (the outer side wears out 30% faster).
When the wear of the tooth seat exceeds 10%, it should be replaced simultaneously to prevent the bucket teeth from breaking.
