First of all, please let me introduce our strict manufacturing process of bucket teeth for you. We mainly use lost wax casting, precision casting and forging process. We have 17 steps and process is very precise. From wax injection to packing, we have strict inspection and control at every step. Both appearance and quality will be the best.

  Secondly, you order from us, you will get same quality products with famous companies. Our material is alloy steel, its detailed chemical compositions are 30CrMo and 30CrMoNi. The role of Ni and Mo is to improve the wear resistance of bucket teeth and adapters. We have achieved the best suitable chemical composition with best wear resistance, durability and longevity.

Please look the JCB side bucket teeth, you can find it is heavy for me to raise it, its part number 3208 is printed in products. Its weight is 4.7 kilogram, it has 4 holes needing 4 bolts and nuts to fix it. Please look this one  part number is 6Y3222RC, its weight is 2.4kg/pcs, its hardness is 50plus minus 2 HRC, and its matched adapter is 6Y3224 with 3kg, its hardness is 40 plus minus 2 HRC. About the way to choose matched adapters, you need to pay more attention on its mouth type and mouth size.

   Thirdly, even the same part number, it has two mouth types, one is straight mouth, the other is oblique mouth, please check the adapter, it is oblique, there is oblique; but our straight mouth, there is right angle.Both can be used alternately, so you need to clear your cutting edges is SBF or NBF, and which one is you need.

   For the mouth size, as we know, the adapter is installed on the cutting edges of excavator, loader or other heavy machine, so we need to measure the thickness of the cutting edges and confirm the mouth size of adapter.
