The core advantage of the horizontally mounted bucket teeth in withstanding excavation force - the mechanical structure advantage
1. Force optimization of the pin shaft
The pin shaft of the horizontally installed bucket tooth is installed parallel to the working surface of the bucket tooth. During excavation, the squeezing force of the material is mainly borne by the tooth seat, and the pin shaft only bears the radial shear force (rather than the axial squeezing force), significantly enhancing the impact resistance.
· Compared with the direct-mounted type: In the direct-mounted type, the pin shaft is installed vertically, and the squeezing force of the material directly acts on the pin shaft, which is prone to cause detachment (especially in high digging force conditions).
2. The threshold for resisting excavation force has been raised
The horizontal loading structure is suitable for large excavators over 20 tons and can withstand high-intensity digging reaction forces (such as in hard rock, frozen soil and other working conditions).
· Typical application scenario: Ore excavation after mine blasting (single-bucket excavation force 2175kN).
