Special Condition Materials: Boron steel (30MnB5) for high-impact environments; ultra-low-temperature wear-resistant steel for cryogenic conditions.
Blank Types
Forgings: Suitable for high-strength cutting plates. Die forgings offer high precision (allowance ≤3mm), while open-die forgings are used for single-piece or small-batch production.
Castings: Cast steel components can be used for complex-structured cutting plates, but subsequent heat treatment is required to eliminate internal stresses.
