Steps and methods for replacing filter elements of construction machinery - replacement of hydraulic return oil filter elements
Disassemble :
After the pressure in the hydraulic oil tank is released, remove the bolts of the oil tank cover.
Remove the spring and the old filter element in sequence (wrap them in plastic bags to prevent contamination).
Install :
Place the new filter element vertically into the fuel tank to ensure that the sealing ring fits closely.
Reinstall the spring and cover plate in sequence and tighten the bolts diagonally.
