I. Sawing Machine Equipment Selection and Technical Characteristics


Vertical band saw machine ‌


It adopts a circular saw band for vertical cutting and is equipped with a servo control system to achieve ±0.02mm stroke positioning accuracy. The clamping force is ≥5 tons to prevent cutting vibration.

Billet grouping: The weight difference within the same batch is ≤±0.5% to ensure uniform filling in die forging.


Defect detection ‌


Magnetic particle testing is used to inspect cross-sectional cracks (with a sensitivity of ≥0.1mm) and remove internal defects.

The forging process should be transferred within 24 hours after cutting to prevent the thickening of the oxide layer from affecting the quality of the forging.
